CDS Holding was founded in 1993, practically at the same time as Retail Real Estate in Italy. Behind it there is a solid family tradition, which has its roots in the 1960s and allows the Group to grow and establish itself by developing and creating structures for commercial, logistics, management and hotel purposes, acting as a developer and general contractor.
Today, after 25 years, we are among the leaders in Italy in the Real Estate industry and the main player in the development of Retail Real Estate, with over 70 structures completed over 25 years, for a developed area of over 1,000,000 square meters.
An extraordinary result that rewards our work and our business model, which generates synergies between the different phases and creates added value for all those involved: investors, co-developers, end users.
